Fred M. has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Fred started their career as the Assistant to A.S. for Business at Connetquot Central School District in 1986. Fred then became a Partner at IMS Partners in 1986 before founding their own company, Orion Systems Group, in 1987. Orion Systems Group provided software and services to schools and agencies for the developmentally disabled and was later acquired by SunGard Data Systems in 2000. Fred served as the CEO/President of Orion Systems Group until its acquisition. Following the acquisition, they became the Group General Manager at SunGard Pentamation Inc from 2000 to 2008. Fred then worked as the Divisional Administrator for Instructional Technology at Western Suffolk BOCES from 2008 to 2009 and as the Administrator for Instructional Services at Patchogue-Medford Public Schools from 2009 to 2010. In 2011, they joined BASCOM as the Director of Special Projects, overseeing the transformation of their marketing strategies and the implementation of customer support and channel partner programs. Fred's most recent role is with Ignitist Inc, where they first served as the Chief Administrative Officer from 2019 to 2021, and currently holds the position of Chief People Officer since October 2021.

Fred M. has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Manhattan College. Fred also holds a Master of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Stony Brook University and a Professional Diploma in Educational Administration from LIU Post.
