Waylon Coulter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management, business development, and team leadership. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of iGo Academy and Senior Account Executive at iGo since May 2019, Waylon generates significant revenue through the sale of inspection products and services. Previous roles include Sales Development Representative, where Waylon managed multiple projects and achieved substantial sales results, and Lead Call Center Supervisor, overseeing a team that increased productivity. Prior experience at American Customer Care as Call Center Supervisor focused on maintaining high employee retention, while earlier roles at Citi involved managing numerous commercial accounts and resolving complex client issues with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
