Ross Barr-Hoyland

Ross Barr-Hoyland is an experienced professional in sales, operations, and inclusivity within the sports and retail sectors. Currently serving as Sales & Export at Laxtons Specialist Yarns since September 2023, Ross also plays a vital role in IGR International Gay Rugby as a Trustee for Europe and Head of Sourcing for merchandise related to the organization's 20th Anniversary. Previous positions include Operations Manager at The Yorkshire Soap Company, Diversity and Inclusion Lead for Yorkshire Rugby, Head of Operations at Aqua & Rock, and Business Development Manager at Carl Stuart Tailors.
