Ross Barr-Hoyland is an experienced professional in sales, operations, and inclusivity within the sports and retail sectors. Currently serving as Sales & Export at Laxtons Specialist Yarns since September 2023, Ross also plays a vital role in IGR International Gay Rugby as a Trustee for Europe and Head of Sourcing for merchandise related to the organization's 20th Anniversary. Previous positions include Operations Manager at The Yorkshire Soap Company, Diversity and Inclusion Lead for Yorkshire Rugby, Head of Operations at Aqua & Rock, and Business Development Manager at Carl Stuart Tailors. Ross founded the clothing brand Ross Barr in 2015, after serving as a Young Ambassador for The Prince's Trust from 2013 to 2021. IGR International Gay Rugby, founded in 2000, is the organizing body for a global collective in excess of 120 inclusive & gay member rugby union clubs in more than 28 countries on 6 continents. IGR also owns 3 tournament brands, the biennial global tournament Bingham Cup and the two regional competitions, Union Cup for Europe and NorAm Cup for North America.
