Fernanda Cruz

Fernanda Cruz is a social entrepreneur and community leader, serving as the Founder and President of Instituto Metamorfose since September 2017, where a deep commitment to helping others drives initiatives. As Executive Director of Garant Benefícios since April 2015, Fernanda focuses on enhancing the quality of life for automotive sector associates through mutual benefit services. Additionally, Fernanda has held pastoral responsibilities at Igreja Batista da Lagoinha since January 2015 and operates as a micro-entrepreneur at Captar Consultoria Cultural, Esportiva e Social. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Director at Instituto Guma from February 2012 to January 2015 and as Project Coordinator at Associação Divina Providência from May 2003 to April 2010.
