Rute Nazar has extensive experience in human resources management, having worked in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Management head at IGS | Desenvolvimento de Software since 2022, Rute oversees all HR subsystems. Previous positions include Organizational Development and Recruitment & Selection Management at IHARABRAS S/A Indústrias Químicas, where Rute coordinated cultural mapping programs and implemented recruitment processes. Rute's background includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Capgemini, managing HR actions for major clients, and as Regional Operations Manager of Human Resources at NET Serviços de Comunicação, where Rute led numerous initiatives to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency. Rute's career began at Brasil Telecom as the Coordinator of Organizational Development, overseeing succession planning and various development programs. Rute holds an Executive MBA from COPPEAD UFRJ, has advanced English qualifications from Hampstead and Embassy English Schools, and possesses a Psychology degree from Faculdade Newton Paiva.
