Pooja Sardana

Pooja Sardana has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Pooja is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at IGT Solutions, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Pooja worked as the General Manager of Human Resources at IGT Solutions from April 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining IGT Solutions, Pooja worked at Concentrix for a significant period. Pooja held various roles during their tenure, including Group Leader - People Solutions from January 2018 to April 2021, Senior Manager of Human Resources from January 2014 to December 2017, and Human Resources Manager from December 2010 to December 2013.

Prior to Concentrix, Pooja worked at Quatrro as the Manager of HR from October 2007 to December 2010. Pooja also gained experience at IQ Resources as an Assistant Manager of HR from May 2005 to October 2007.

Throughout their career, Pooja has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of human resources management.

Pooja Sardana completed their High School education at Salwan Public School from 1981 to 1997. Pooja then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 2006 to 2008.
