Ray Beland

Ray Beland is an accomplished talent development leader with significant experience in creating and implementing global talent management strategies. Currently serving as Head of Talent Development at IGT since October 2021, Ray oversees a global team and focuses on professional and leadership development solutions. Prior to IGT, Ray held managerial roles at Cabot Corporation, where notable achievements included the development of enterprise-wide talent processes across 20 countries and a significant increase in employee engagement scores. Ray's background also includes instructional design and adjunct professorship at Rhode Island College, along with a solid educational foundation in History of Medicine from The University of Edinburgh and various certifications in human resources management and diversity training.
