Tara Bustamante

Tara Bustamante is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business transformation and operations management across leading companies. Currently serving as Chief Transformation Officer at IGT since July 2025, Tara previously held the position of Group SVP, Global Business Transformation and Integration at Warner Bros. Discovery from April 2022 to March 2025. With a notable background at Discovery Communications from 2007 to 2019, Tara advanced through various roles, culminating in Vice President of Global Business Operations, where significant initiatives included multi-billion-dollar M&A integrations and digital transformations. Early career highlights include project management at the American Red Cross and business analysis at Worldcom (now Verizon Business). Tara holds a Master of Science in Business for Information Management from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Syracuse University.
