Tom McNamara

Tom McNamara serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at Unitek Learning, where efforts focus on addressing nursing and workforce shortages through innovative educational programs. With extensive experience in workforce development, Tom has held key positions as a board member for ThinkCERCA and Risepoint, and previously contributed as an Operating Advisor at The Vistria Group. As the founder and CEO of Nuro Retention, Tom emphasized community engagement in healthcare education.
