Angela Workman has extensive experience in customer and employee experience management, currently serving as the Culture & Experience Manager and Customer Experience Manager at IHA since August 2009. Previously, Angela was a Customer Experience Specialist and facilitated key programs to enhance customer care. Prior to IHA, roles included Front Office Supervisor and Patient Service Representative at Saint Joseph Mercy Health System, as well as Patient Service Representative at the University of Michigan Health System. Early career experience involved working as a Patient Care Coordinator and teaching English and Art in Jackson Public School Systems. Angela holds a Bachelor of Education in English Language and Literature from Spring Arbor University and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Ferris State University.
