Karen Edwards began their work experience at IHA in 2002 as a Practice Manager. Karen then progressed to become the Director of Family and Internal Medicine Division in June 2009. In October 2016, they took on the role of Director of Medical Specialties and Hospital Services, where they currently hold this position.
Karen Edwards has a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from Eastern Michigan University, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. Karen further pursued their education at Baker College Center for Graduate Studies from 2003 to 2005, where they completed their MBA in Healthcare Management.
