Keith Jordan has a strong background in continuous improvement and lean methodologies. Keith currently serves as the Director of Continuous Improvement at IHA. Prior to this, they were the Director of Lean Transformation Office at PeaceHealth and the Leader of the Continuous Improvement Department at Bronson Healthcare. Keith also has experience as an Operations Executive and member of the Board of Directors at Stanley Electric U.S. Co., Inc. and as a Supplier Development Specialist and Production Engineer at Toyota North America. Overall, Keith has extensive experience in implementing Toyota style management systems and process improvement leadership.
Keith Jordan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Michigan University.
