Kevin currently works as a Leadership Advisor and Coach for Kevin Taylor Leadership Advisor, where they help healthcare leaders and teams enhance their leadership presence and emotional intelligence. Kevin is certified in various coaching programs and is a Certified Trainer in the 3 Vital Questions transforming workplace drama program. Additionally, Kevin has experience as a Site Medical Director for IHA and as the Director of Organizational Transformation for the American Medical Association. Kevin has also served as a Senior Medical Director for Trinity Health, where they focused on improving patient healthcare metrics and developing a communication program for healthcare providers. Prior to this, Kevin worked as a Physician and Site Medical Director for Integrated Health Associates, leading the merger of multiple practice sites and implementing EMR. Kevin also held the role of Associate Medical Director for the Michigan Primary Care Transformation Program at the University of Michigan. Earlier in their career, Kevin served as the Chief Medical Officer for St. Joseph Mercy Medical Group and as the Medical Director for the Huron Valley Physicians Association.
Kevin Taylor holds a Master's degree in Medical Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they obtained from 1998 to 2000. Kevin also has a Medical Degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School, obtained from 1979 to 1983. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Sciences from Saint John's University, completed from 1975 to 1979. In addition to their formal education, Kevin has attained various certifications, including the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation in 2023 and the Hogan Assessments Certification from Hogan Assessments in 2023.
