Richard Duffy

Richard Duffy has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Maintenance Supervisor at Ford Motor Company in 1997. Richard then moved on to become a Weld Engineer, Process Engineer, and Six Sigma Black Belt at the company. From 2003 to 2005, they served as a Maintenance Superintendent, managing a maintenance organization and supporting a two-shift production operation. Moving forward, Richard worked at Chrysler as a Black Belt Coordinator and later as a Regional Master Black Belt. In 2009, they joined Quest Diagnostics as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Currently, Richard is associated with IHA, where they have held various leadership positions, including Director of the Pediatric Division, Vice President of Quality and Performance Improvement, and their current role as Vice President of Payer Strategies and Quality.

Richard Duffy completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering at the University of Michigan from 1990 to 1992. Richard later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, graduating in 2000.
