Ronald O’Neal Jr.

Ronald O'Neal, Jr. serves as the General Counsel for IHC Construction Companies LLC since August 2022, following a diverse legal career that includes self-employment as an Attorney At Law since July 2017. Previously, O'Neal held positions such as Senior Attorney for the City of Peoria, Illinois from February 2014 to July 2017, City Attorney for the City of Urbana, Illinois from March 2007 to June 2011, and Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Aurora, Illinois from February 2001 to November 2004. Additionally, O'Neal was an Assistant Attorney General for the U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Justice from April 2000 to October 2001 and an Assistant State's Attorney at Kane County State's Attorney's Office from 1995 to 2000. Earlier in their career, O'Neal worked as a Marketing Representative at Xerox from 1989 to 1991. Ronald O'Neal, Jr. earned a Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
