Fahad Bajsair

Fahad Bajsair is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and operations management. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Business Development & Growth Director at IHCC since July 2020, Fahad Bajsair has successfully represented the company in strategic initiatives, engaging with government officials, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term growth. Prior to this role, Fahad Bajsair spent over thirteen years at El Seif Engineering Contracting, holding positions from Business Development Coordinator to Corporate Business Development, Marketing & Strategic Partnerships Manager, where responsibilities included identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and negotiating partnerships. Earlier experience includes technical support management at Saudi Wesal Company for Electronic Services. Fahad Bajsair holds an MBA from the University of Northampton, and is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration from SBS Swiss Business School, alongside a Master’s in Applied Business Research.
