Lori Sieboldt

Lori Sieboldt, MD, MBA, serves as the Chief Medical Officer at the Innovative Healthcare Collaborative of Indiana (IHCI) since March 2021, a population health company formed by Community Health Network and Deaconess Health System. Prior to this role, Lori held multiple leadership positions within Deaconess Health System from August 2004 to March 2021, including Interim President, System Director of Case Management and Post-Acute Care, and Medical Director of Population Health. Lori's experience also includes serving as Associate Medical Director at Covance and completing a residency in Emergency Medicine at Summa Health. Lori received a Physician MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and holds a Doctor of Medicine and a Master of Science in Physiology from the Indiana University School of Medicine.
