Joshua Dobstaff

Joshua Dobstaff is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across several healthcare organizations. As the Chief Medical Officer at Truentity Health since January 2024, Joshua has driven clinical operations and strategic growth, expanding the company from a single-state to a multi-state network. In June 2020, Joshua founded Progress Medical, a primary care practice that emphasizes concierge-level services and integrative medicine. Additional roles include co-founding Medspa 501 and IndyCare, where oversight of clinical operations and mentorship of healthcare providers is paramount. Joshua has also served as a hospitalist at Ashe Memorial Hospital and Wilmington Health Associates, providing comprehensive inpatient care, while previously leading the clinical strategy at DocsInk. Educationally, Joshua holds a Doctor of Medicine from St. George's University and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from James Madison University.
