Yaying (Elena) T. is an experienced clinical operations professional with a rich background in healthcare and nutrition. Currently serving as Associate Director of Clinical Operations (Value-Based Care) at iHealth Labs since July 2019, Yaying has held multiple titles including Clinical Operations Manager and Registered Dietitian. Prior to this role, Yaying co-founded HealthCrew Co., Ltd., an online health academy, and worked as a dietitian at Vibrant America Clinical Laboratory and Spectrum Health. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Health in Human Nutrition from the University of Michigan, a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Sun Yat-sen University, and completion of the LEAD Business Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, focusing on Organizational Leadership and Management.
