Alicia Robinson

Alicia Robinson, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Compensation at iHeartMedia, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this, Alicia held various roles in compensation at Chewy, including Associate Director and Senior Manager, from September 2020 to July 2022. Alicia's experience also includes serving as Global Compensation Manager at Sonoco, Compensation Manager - Americas at Dresser-Rand, and Compensation Analyst at Siemens. Alicia's career in compensation began at Kimberly-Clark, where roles included Incentive Manager and Logistics Services Leader IV. Educational qualifications include an MBA from LSU Shreveport and a B.S. in Business Logistics and International Business from Penn State University, supplemented by studies at IES Abroad.
