Renee Georgatos

Renee Georgatos is an experienced professional in employee engagement and people operations, currently serving as the Director of Employee & Recruitment Engagement at iHeartMedia. As the owner of Reinspire with Renee LLC, Renee also brings entrepreneurial expertise to the field. Previously, Renee held multiple senior management roles at Guild, focusing on employee listening, solutions, and operations, as well as the Chief of Staff for People. Prior experience includes a senior management position in people operations and employee experience at Wirecutter and several management positions at iHeartMedia. Renee holds a Bachelor of Arts in English - Writing from Marist College and completed further education at Cornell University in late 2022.
