Zach Thomann currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at iHerb since August 2025, following a tenure as Chief Operating Officer for the Americas and APAC at GXO Logistics, Inc. from January 2024 to August 2025. Prior to this, Zach held multiple senior leadership roles at PFS from April 2008 to January 2024, including Chief Operating Officer and President, where responsibilities encompassed directing all PFS activities such as fulfillment, distribution operations, and client financial services. Zach’s extensive experience also includes project management at AmerisourceBergen and earlier roles at PFS. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in Finance with Honors from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
