Narender Gaur is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management across various technology sectors. Currently serving as VP of Operations at IHFC since October 2021, Narender specializes in the startup industry focusing on cobotics, drones, and AI. Prior to this role, Narender held the position of AVP Operations at Excitel Broadband from May 2020 to September 2021, and spent over two decades at Bharti Airtel Limited, from January 1996 to April 2020, where responsibilities included network and GIS planning, project deployment, and Wi-Fi operations in the broadband business. Educational credentials include a PGDBA in Marketing and International Business from Hindu Institute of Management, completed between 1994 and 1996, and a BE in Electronics from BD College of Engineering Sewagram, obtained from 1988 to 1992.
