Renee Hanson

Renee Hanson is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in revenue management and hotel services. Currently serving as the Head of Revenue Management Services at IHG Hotels & Resorts since July 2022, Renee has previously held various leadership roles within IHG from May 2002 to July 2022, including Director of Revenue Management and Regional Director of Revenue Management Services. Additional experience includes positions at Berkshire Community College as an Adjunct Professor from September 2009 to May 2015, and at Radisson Hotels as Director of Hotel Services from January 2001 to May 2002. Earlier roles at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts included Director of Guest Services from April 1995 to December 2000. Renee's education includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the same institution.
