Bernd Bahlke

Bernd Bahlke is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Executive Officer at IHI Corporation since April 2023. Previously, Bahlke held the position of CEO and Managing Director at IHI Charging Systems International GmbH from July 2018 to April 2023. Prior to that, Bahlke was President of B2B Leadership Development LLC from 2016 to June 2018, and Global Sales Director for Powertrain at Delphi Corporation from 2013 to 2016, where significant growth was achieved within automotive OE sales. Bahlke's career also includes roles such as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Federal-Mogul Corporation, where the focus was on establishing a strong presence in the Asia-Pacific market, and multiple leadership positions at Delphi Corporation, including stabilizing global sales amid challenges and leading engineering resources across several countries.
