MustafaNusret TURHAN is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in civil and structural engineering. Currently serving as an Otoyol Yapım Mühendisi at Karayolları 1. Bölge Müdürlüğü since April 2017, MustafaNusret also holds the position of Planning Engineer at IHI E&C International Corporation since October 2014. Previous experience includes a role as Insaat Mühendisi at Nurol Construction and Trading Co. Inc., where involvement in the Marmaray railway project occurred at the Kazlıçeşme and Sirkeci construction sites. MustafaNusret holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, completed in 2017, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Karadeniz Technical University, awarded in 2010. Additionally, studies were pursued at the University of Surrey and Northeastern University.
