Chris Quijano

Chris Quijano has extensive experience in operations management within the power services industry, currently serving as Director of Operations at IHI Power Services Corp. since August 2012. Quijano has held multiple roles at IHI, including Operations Project Manager, O&M Manager - Maintenance, Plant Manager, and O&M Technician II - E&I. Prior to this, Quijano worked at Constellation as a Control Room Operator and at MEBA Dist 1-PCD (AFL-CIO) as a 2nd Engineer, responsible for fuel systems and steam boiler operations. Quijano began the career at Scripps Institution of Oceanography as a 3rd Engineer, overseeing wastewater and oily water systems as well as diesel engine operations. Quijano earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University Maritime Academy in 2003.
