Rob Bendetti

Rob Bendetti has extensive work experience in the power industry. Rob currently holds the position of Senior Director of Plant Operations at IHI Power Services Corp since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at PIC Group, Inc. for seven years, from May 2016 to September 2023, serving as the Senior Director of O&M Services. Before that, they held the role of Director of Operations Support Services at PIC Group, Inc. from 2014 to 2016.

Rob also has experience at Wood Group, where they worked from 2004 to 2013. During their time there, they served as the VP of Operations, overseeing the financial and operational performance of power plant operations, maintenance agreements, and gas turbine service agreements worldwide. Rob also worked as a Business Development manager and Project Manager, leading the operations and maintenance team for two gas turbine power plants.

Rob's career started in 1992 as an Operations Management consultant. Later, they worked as a Plant Manager at Conectiv, where they managed a combined cycle power plant and was responsible for its safe operation, maintenance, and compliance with environmental regulations. Rob'stenure at Conectiv lasted from December 1999 to May 2004.

Rob Bendetti earned a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering/Mechanical Engineering from Kings Point between 1980 and 1985. Prior to that, they attended Penn State University from 1979 to 1980, studying Electrical Engineering.
