Chrisanne Bowden

Chrisanne Bowden is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 30 years of experience in the field. Chrisanne began their career in 1990 as Regional Vice President for the Mid Atlantic region of Callos, where they managed diverse staff groups and had a strong track record for Human Resource Management, Business Management and Market Development. In 2016, they became the Director of Human Resources for Liberty, Whitetail and Roundtop Mountain Resorts, where they managed HR functions and focused on employee engagement, staff development and growth planning. Chrisanne also served as President of the Western Pennsylvania Personnel Association and Vice President of Frederick County SHRM. In 2020, they joined PeopleWorks LLC as Director of Human Resources, where they focused on mentoring, leadership development, engagement and encouraging employees to grow within their field. Currently, they are a Senior Human Resources Consultant at iHire.

Chrisanne Bowden obtained their BS in Education from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. In 2009, they obtained a SPHR certification from SHRM.
