Mishanna Wood

Mishanna Wood has worked in a variety of roles since 1998. Mishanna began their career at Indiana-Purdue Student Newspaper as Editor, where they promoted the student newspaper, hired staff, and delegated story assignments. In 2002, they moved to West Toledo & Sylvania Herald Newspapers as a Sales Management Trainee. In 2003, they joined The Elkhart Truth, where they served as a Multimedia Specialist, Inside Sales Manager, and Multimedia Inside Sales Consultant. In 2016, they began working at iHire as an Account Executive and was later promoted to Senior Account Executive.

Mishanna Wood completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Public Communication from Purdue University in 2001. Mishanna obtained a Supervision certification from Indiana University South Bend in 2014. In 2019, they obtained an iHire Certified Advisor & Career Coach certification from Career Marketing Techniques. In 2020, they obtained a Bronze Level Certification of Sales Professional from Sandler Training. In 2021, they obtained a Purple Certification from Frederick County Government, Maryland. In 2022, they obtained SalesOS and TalentOS certifications from ZoomInfo, as well as Inbound Sales and Frictionless Sales certifications from HubSpot Academy.
