Born in 1966 in Ankara, İrfan Arvas graduated from the Military Academy, Department of Mechanics, and served in the Turkish Armed Forces. Following his retirement, he worked at İhlas Holding group companies involved in tourism, organization, network marketing and construction. He served as Deputy Manager of the Secretarial Office from 2000 to 2013, and is currently the Social Affairs Director.
