Chris Glaub

Chris Glaub has extensive work experience in the financial industry. From 2020 to the present, they have been working at IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union as the Member Operations Technology Manager, overseeing operations and technology within the organization. Prior to this role, from 2020 to 2022, Chris was the ATM/ITM Fleet Administrator, managing the fleet of ATMs and ITMs.

Before joining IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union, Chris worked at Modern Woodmen of America from 2008 to 2020. During this time, they held various roles including Quality Assurance Analyst, Customer Service Representative, Project Analyst, and Customer Service Representative. In these positions, they were responsible for tasks such as assisting agents and members with insurance-related questions, collaborating with vendors to implement new projects, performing marketing tasks, reconciling cash drawers, and interacting with members in person and over the phone.

Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated strong skills in operations, technology management, customer service, project management, and marketing.

Chris Glaub began their education at Black Hawk College in 2015, where they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management. Chris graduated from Black Hawk College in 2017. In the same year, Chris started their Bachelor's degree in Business Management at Western Illinois University. Chris completed their Bachelor of Business Administration in 2022.
