Matt Reynolds

Matt Reynolds is an accomplished professional in customer operations and account management with significant experience across various organizations. Currently serving as an Account Executive at iHomefinder, Inc. since July 2024, Matt has previously held the position of Senior Director of Customer Operations and Strategy at Elm Street, as well as leadership roles in technical support at IDX, LLC. Prior to that, Matt worked as an Operations and Strategy Consultant at TRO Learning, contributing to educational technology initiatives, and as a Client Support Specialist and Salesforce Administrator at Avant Assessment, specializing in language assessment solutions. Additional experience includes founding roles at benobe, LLC and consultancy work focused on customer experience and strategy. Matt holds a degree from the University of Central Florida, attained from 2009 to 2013.
