F Alexander Hamill

F Alexander Hamill has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Hamill started their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where they studied antimicrobial chemistry of East African plants.

Dr. F Alexander Hamill has an extensive education history. F Alexander obtained a Ph.D. in the field of Medicinal Chemistry & Pharmacognosy from the University of Illinois Chicago, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Emporia State University from 1991 to 1994, where they earned a B.S. with a focus on Biology & Botany.

In addition to their degrees, Dr. Hamill has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2008, they obtained a Six Sigma (Yellow Belt) certification from the Bechtel Corporation. In 2010, they completed the Advanced Project Management Program at Stanford University, earning a Stanford Certified Project Manager (SCPM) certification. Later, in 2012, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Most recently, in 2015, Dr. Hamill became a Registered Biosafety Professional through the American Biological Safety Association.
