Ratnesh Malviya

Ratnesh Malviya has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ratnesh began their career as a Software Engineer at Mindtree in 2010, where they worked until 2012. Ratnesh then joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Senior Consultant, where they stayed until 2016. Following that, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Capgemini from 2016 to 2017. Ratnesh then took on the role of Assistant Manager at BNY Mellon from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, they joined Cleveland Clinic's Investment Office and worked there until 2020. Currently, Ratnesh is employed at IHRC, Inc as a Software Developer/Program Manager, starting in 2021.

Ratnesh Malviya pursued their education in a chronological order. Ratnesh completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information & Communication Technology from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology. Following that, they enrolled in the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business/Commerce, General. During their time at Case Western Reserve University, Ratnesh also pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree with a specialization in Finance, General. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications such as the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2021 and the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in July 2021.
