Richard Draut

Director of Client Accounts at IHRC

Richard Draut's work experience begins in 1991, working as a PM for Dynamic Resources, Inc. and DRI until 1998. Richard then joined CIBER as a Director and oversaw business development and delivery within the Federal Health Practice until 2008. During this time, they directed projects for CDC, NIH, Military Health System, and Department of Veterans Affairs. From 2008 to 2009, Richard worked as a Principal Contractor for Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) at SRA International, where they developed account plans and identified opportunities to support CDC's mission. Richard later joined SAIC in 2009 as a Capture Manager, managing the successful capture of the CDC Information Management Services (CIMS) IDIQ and providing strategic advice to CDC clients. Lastly, Richard worked at IHRC, Inc. since 2012 as the Director of Client Accounts, overseeing contract delivery, client satisfaction, and staff performance.
