Kate Gonzalez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Management for Strategic Client Accounts at RGP since May 2018, Kate specializes in delivering transformative solutions to pressing business challenges across various sectors. Prior to RGP, Kate held the position of Senior Talent Partner at Synechron, where a substantial increase in consultancy headcount was achieved. Kate’s career also includes roles in advisory talent acquisition at Human Capital Consulting, luxury brand management at St. John Knits and La Perla, and territory management at Oilily, showcasing a diverse expertise in both talent acquisition and luxury retail management. Kate holds educational credentials from Bay State College.
