Brent Darden

Brent Darden started their work experience in 1992 as the Executive Director at Aralia Wellness Center - Northern Telecom. In 1993, they became the V.P./General Manager at Cooper Aerobics Enterprises until July 2000. In 2003, Brent became the Owner/G.M. of Telos Fitness Center & Telos Consulting, where they managed a luxury health club until December 2013. In 2013, they founded Brent Darden Consulting and served as Principal until the present. In the same year, Brent also became the Chairman of the Board at IHRSA until June 2014. Since August 2020, they have been working as the Interim President & CEO at IHRSA. In 2014, Brent also took on the role of Chairman at REX Executive Roundtables.

Brent Darden attended Baylor University from 1978 to 1983, where they pursued two related degrees. Brent earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Exercise Science / Health & Recreation, and also obtained a Master's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
