Aderibigbe Babafemi

Aderibigbe Babafemi has a diverse work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Aderibigbe began their career as a System Administrator at jetlink computer in 2008, where they performed daily system administration tasks and problem management. Aderibigbe then worked as a Network and System Administrator at the Independent National Electoral Commission from 2011 to 2012, where they were responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining IP network routing, switching, and security devices. Babafemi also worked as a Data Analyst and Data Recovery Expert at ioSafe, Inc. from 2012 to 2013, where they performed detailed analytical work, retrieved customer's data, and provided after-sales services. Aderibigbe further expanded their skills as a Web Developer at BDF Consult from 2011 until present, designing and managing various websites. Additionally, Babafemi worked at Ericsson from 2014 to 2016, initially as an SD Reporting - Performance Analyst and later as a FO Engineer, where they monitored network performance and troubleshooted faults. Most recently, they have been working at IHS Towers since 2016 as a Network Surveillance specialist and is currently the Network Operations Center Team Lead, responsible for ensuring operational targets are met and setting objectives for the team.

Aderibigbe Babafemi holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, which was obtained between 2005 and 2010. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics at Bingham University, expected to be completed between 2022 and 2023. In addition to their degrees, Babafemi has obtained several certifications, including the Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate and Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate from Microsoft in 2022. Aderibigbe also holds the Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services in 2019, and the edX Honor Code Certificate for Digital Branding and Engagement in 2015. Furthermore, they received the Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert certification in December 2022. Babafemi also has other certifications, such as in the fundamentals of digital marketing from Google and additional edX Honor Code Certificates for Digital Branding and Engagement.
