Rose Karugu

Rose Karugu is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in administration and IT. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Administration & IT at IHS Towers since December 2021, Rose previously held the position of Human Resources, Administration & IT Director for Rwanda and Burundi at Save the Children International from May 2016 to December 2021. Earlier roles include Group HR Manager at CRYSTAL VENTURES LIMITED, Senior HR Manager at Inyange Industries Ltd, and various HR positions at CRYSTAL VENTURES LIMITED and Tigo Rwanda Ltd. Rose began a career in banking as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director at Access Bank Rwanda. Academically, Rose holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Oklahoma Christian University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Kigali Independent University.
