Victory Onafeko

Victory Onafeko, PSM, PMP, currently serves as Associate Director of Logistics & Operations at IHS Towers, having progressed through various roles since joining the company in September 2018, including Principal Specialist for Projects and Operations Program Manager, where Victory leads cross-functional teams in deployment projects focused on cost efficiency and sustainability. Additionally, since May 2022, Victory has been an OnDeck Fellow, engaging with a network of ambitious professionals. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Coordinator at IHS Towers and as a Switch Support Engineer at Ericsson, where responsibilities involved testing and troubleshooting. Victory holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Covenant University and is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Administration and Management at Liverpool John Moores University.
