Phil Herman

Phil Herman has a diverse work experience in various finance roles. Phil started their career at Carrier Corporation in 2001 as a Corporate Controller and worked there until 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they served as a Controller at Firth Rixson. After that, they joined Friendly Franchisees Corporation as a Controller/CFO from 2010 to 2015. Currently, Phil is working at II-VI Aerospace & Defense, where they have held the roles of Financial Controller since 2015 and Director of Finance since October 2021.

Phil Herman earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton in the years 1994 to 1999. Phil then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from the same university between 1999 and 2001. In the year 2000, they obtained a CMA certification from IMA | Institute of Management Accountants.
