Robina Shepherd

Robina Shepherd, Associate IIDA, currently serves as the VP of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion at IIDA New England, a position held since October 2021. Robina has a robust background in interior design, with roles including Senior Interior Designer at CBT Architects and DiMella Shaffer, as well as Senior Project Designer at Fusion Design Consultants, Inc. Previous experience includes Senior Design Manager at Panera Bread and various senior interior design positions across renowned firms like Curve Hospitality and Collaborative Design Group Architecture & Interiors, LLC. Robina began the professional journey as Manager of Visual Merchandising at Exclusive Furniture and served as Job Captain at Jarvis Architects. A graduate of Howard University, Robina earned a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) in 2003.
