Clara G.

Clara G. serves as a Researcher in the Climate Change Group at the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED) since May 2021, focusing on themes such as access to climate finance and locally led adaptation. Previously, Clara held the position of Research Officer in the Climate Change Section at the Commonwealth Secretariat, contributing to the CommonSensing project for small island nations. As a Policy Advisor on Climate Change for The Elders Foundation and an ODI Fellow with the Environmental Protection Agency Liberia, Clara gained extensive experience in climate-related advisory services and cross-sector coordination. Clara's academic qualifications include an MSc in Economics with reference to Environment and Development and a BA(Hons.) in History and Politics.
