The Research Team at the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED) conducts interdisciplinary research to inform sustainable development policies and practices. Focused on critical areas such as human settlements, climate governance, and natural resource management, the team engages with local communities and stakeholders to ensure that their findings reflect the voices and needs of vulnerable populations. Through collaboration and evidence-based insights, the team aims to influence policy decisions at all levels, from local to global, promoting fairness and resilience in environmental governance.
