Gaurav Sharma

Gaurav Sharma is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various financial and technology companies in India. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at IIFL since 2022, Gaurav has previously held the same title at Poonawalla Fincorp and L&T Financial Services. As a co-founder of Techequity Technologies from 2015 to 2018, Gaurav contributed significantly to the tech landscape. Gaurav's early career includes a decade at Max Life Insurance Company Limited as Head of the Product Development Group and ten years at Tata Consultancy Services as a Tech Lead. Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and completed ICSE and ISC at Wilsonia High School, Moradabad.
