Himanshu Suri

Himanshu Suri is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resource management across various organizations. Currently serving as Head HR for Gold Loans at IIFL since October 2024, Himanshu previously held the position of Head Talent Acquisition & Management at Capri Global Capital Ltd., leading HR functions for a rapidly growing business with a workforce exceeding 5000 employees. Prior to this, Himanshu was the Zonal Head for HR at IIFL from 2012 to 2022, managing HR operations for over 4000 employees in the Retail Assets division. Experience also includes serving as Regional HR at Development Credit Bank Limited and working as a Consultant at Vantage Consultancy. Himanshu holds an MBA in Human Resource from Amity University and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
