Gonen Minuskin has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Gonen is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at III Capital Management since March 2019. Prior to JPMorgan Chase, Gonen worked at Bank of America (Merrill Lynch / Countrywide) as the Director of Technology - Rates Technology from March 2006 to February 2012. Gonen was responsible for architecting a technology and leadership turnaround and managing a complex project portfolio.
Gonen also has experience working at HSBC Securities as the Director of Front Office Technology / SVP from March 2001 to February 2006. In this role, they played a significant part in developing and deploying an in-house developed trading and risk platform.
Gonen started their career at Prudential Financial in March 1991, where they progressed through various roles in the Financial Securities Group. Gonen served as a Technology Director/Manager and was responsible for developing systems supporting different divisions and products.

Gonen Minuskin holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo. Gonen attended Columbia Business School from 2000 to 2002, where they earned an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their formal education, Gonen Minuskin has obtained several certifications. In August 2018, they became an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner through Amazon and also obtained their Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance, Inc. Furthermore, they have a certification in Series 99, although the institution and specific details are unknown.
