Nagarajan Ramamoorthy

Nagarajan Ramamoorthy is the Director at the Indian Institute of Management Amritsar since July 2019, responsible for overseeing academic and administrative functions. Previously, Nagarajan served at the University of Houston-Victoria from January 2002 to July 2019 in various roles including Professor of Management, Associate Professor of Management, and Assistant Professor and Chair of Management and Marketing. Prior experience includes a position as Assistant Professor at Marymount University from 1998 to 2002. Nagarajan holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and Strategic Management from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business, an M.B.A. in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, and a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Madras.
