Sourav Mukherji

Sourav Mukherji is the Dean, Alumni Relations & Development at IIM Bangalore. Sourav has over 20 years of experience in the corporate world. Sourav started their career with Oracle Corporation as a Sales Executive and then moved to BCG as a Consultant. Sourav has been with IIM Bangalore for the past 10 years.

Sourav Mukherji has a PhD in Management with a specialization in Organization Theory from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Sourav also has a BTech Honours in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, and a WBHS in Physics, Chemistry, Statistics from Bidhan Chandra College Durgapur. Sourav completed their ICSE from St Xavier's School Durgapur.
